Understanding the roles of the Agency, the Operator as well as the Consultant easily allows for the collaboration with various departments within the organization to understand current business practices and recommend business process improvements.
We specialize in Project Management, Back Office Service Center Operations and Management of System Development activities. Experience includes consulting, client management, business process improvement, user interfaces, RFP development, business rules development, system development oversight, data analysis and test case analysis.
